Delivery & Returns


On confirmation of your order, your garment(s) will be delivered to you within 7 working days – this is valid for deliveries within India. In some cases we may not have your garment(s) in stock - in this situation please allow us 2 weeks from the date of transaction to deliver the garments to you. For overseas delivery, please allow 20 days from the date of transaction for the delivery of your garment(s).
The order will be delivered to the address mentioned at the time of placing the order.
If address mentioned on the order is not valid or is incomplete, please expect a delay of 2 days from normal delivery period for us to obtain and verify the correct address from you.


To cancel an order please email with your order number within 24 hours of placing the order. We will not be able to entertain cancellations made after the 24 hour period.
You will receive an email confirming the cancellation of your order and the order amount debited will be credited to your bank account as per our bank’s time frame.


Returns will only be accepted in the following cases:

A. Size of the garment is wrong.
B. The garment is faulty or not what you ordered.

Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged. Return items will only be accepted in their original packaging, including: hangers, polyester bags, hang tags on garments or dust bags. Any items that have been damaged, soiled or altered will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

In either case, write to within 72 hours of receipt of the garment with order number and details. After validating your request over the phone we will send you an email authorizing a return You can either courier your order back to us (address will be mentioned in the reply to your email) or you ask us to arrange a pick up.
In Case A the courier charges will be borne by you, the customer. You will be given store credit in return from us.
In Case B the courier charges will be borne by us to a maximum of Rs 150/kg and the order value will be credited to your bank account which issued the payment.
Please note that all returns should be received by us within 10 days of us sending the authorizing email.
All returns which are not valid will not be accepted and sent back.
